From a selection of the best cooked must and vinegars we obtain high ‘quality’ PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, following the family’s traditional recipe, the long rest in barrels of different wooden essences creates harmony, preciousness in flavour and richness of its scents.
The product obtained has very unique qualities, a thick and scented elixir with a shiny dark brown color and an unbridled flavour.
A vinegar for the enhancement of intensely and strong savoury dishes.

Available in bottles of 250 ml

Thanks to its structure, its an extremely versatile product in cooking and may be used on main courses of pasta , particularly risotto, meat, fish, eggs, greens and also on creamed desserts and medium aged cheese.
