Aceto balsamico di Modena IGP 'Quattro Madonne'

Born from the combination of high level grape must mixed with wine vinegar refined in wood bar, and through long ageing in wooden barrels is medium-high ‘quality’ IGP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Syrupy, dark brown and shiny, harmonious bitter-sweet flavour with a pleasantly aromatic shade.
Natural product with no addition of coloring, preservatives or thickeners.
Available in bottles of 250 ml.

Sweet and sour towards sweet, widely used in cooking: from main courses of pasta such as spaghetti, risotto, to fish, boiled vegetables, meats, eggs and last but not least salads and grilled greens for an enjoyable flavour.
